About Wine is an instructional winemaking school which utilizes the latest techniques while keeping all of the traditional processes. Making your own wine is a unique and fun experience which can be shared by family and friends. It is a hands-on winemaking experience. You will select your own grape varietals, crush, press, age and bottle using your own personalized labels.

A full line of professional equipment kept in a climate controlled environment will supply you with everything needed. Ask to take a tour of the winery at any time. For those that enjoy making small quantities of wine in their own home we can assist you with purchasing quality California grapes. You are welcome to use our equipment to crush and press small batches of wine. We can supply all materials needed.

M.A.D. About wine can accommodate the winemaker who wishes to make larger quantities of wine such as half or full barrels.  With our facility and equipment, wine groups and clubs have an excellent opportunity to develop their own wines.
